On Thursday 18 July at Goldsmiths, University of London, Words of Colour Productions hosted an ‘In Conversation with Malorie Blackman event’. The celebrated and award-winning children’s author and new Waterstones children’s laureate talked candidly to over 80 people about her experiences as a writer, racism and discrimination, why she is passionate about inclusive publishing and the importance of enabling young people to have wider options to suit their reading styles. We would like to thank Random House Children’s Publishers UK for its support.
