Our work is about people – their development and ability to flourish in their chosen or current environments.
We work with groups and teams, and have worked with individual clients over many years – at all levels and all stages of their careers (aspiring, emerging and established).
We enjoy and celebrate their growth into their new roles, lives and enterprises.
We tailor our packages to meet your needs, from the duration, frequency and delivery, to whether it is online or in person.
This service is led by Suzanne Lyn-Cook, our director of wellbeing and people who specialises in groups and teams, and Joy Francis, our executive director, who offers one to one packages.
The genre writing and career surgeries are run by our experienced collaborators and partners, depending on the specialism required.

When Alison Morrison and I co-founded the Diversity in Publishing Network (DipNet), now known as EQUIP, back in the early noughties, Joy Francis provided vocal and practical help through strategic development sessions, building on her success with a national newspaper diversity internship programme. The tailored assistance was instrumental in getting us established with confidence within the publishing industry – from chairing panels to undertaking surveys.
